By accessing or using GrabRadio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GrabRadio is a web-based service that allows users to record internet radio streams for personal, non-commercial use. The Service enables users to schedule recordings, play back captured audio, and download recordings for offline listening.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree to use GrabRadio only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, publicly perform, or broadcast recorded content
• Use the Service to infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Share your account credentials or podcast feed URL publicly
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or abuse the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download recordings
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

GrabRadio operates under the principle of time-shifting — creating personal copies of freely broadcast content for later playback. This is analogous to using a DVR or VCR for personal use.

• All recordings are user-initiated and for personal use only
• Content is sourced from freely available internet radio streams
• Recordings are private — there are no public sharing features
• Retention limits reinforce the personal-use, time-shifting nature

GrabRadio offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record.

• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can cancel at any time from your Settings page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Polar's refund policy
• Polar handles all tax obligations as Merchant of Record

Each plan has specific limits on recording duration, number of active recordings, recurring schedules, custom stations, and retention period. Current limits are displayed on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice. Existing recordings are not retroactively affected by limit changes.

• Recordings are automatically deleted after your plan's retention period
• We do not guarantee the availability or quality of any radio stream
• Stream failures may result in partial or failed recordings
• You are responsible for downloading any recordings you wish to keep permanently
• We perform regular database backups but do not guarantee against data loss

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed recordings due to service interruptions.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data (recordings, schedules, account information) will be permanently deleted.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to: dmca@grabradioapp.com

• A statement of good faith belief

GrabRadio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed recordings, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
